Please read this and all communication from First 5 Tulare County Children's Health Initiative carefully. If you have any questions call
559-622-8650 or 1-877-613-5437 and a representative will assist you in English or Spanish.

 The Tulare County Healthy Kids 0 through 5 insurance program will end October 31, 2010.

If you have not been notified by a representative of the Healthy Kids Insurance Program regarding your child and the possible alternatives for continued coverage please call immediately 559-622-8650 or 1-877-613-5437.

Please set an appointment for your child to see a medical, dental or vision services professional. If you have questions about or need assistance obtaining appointments for your child please call 559-622-8650 or 1-877-613-5437 and one of our staff will assist you. You don't have to wait until your child is sick to take them to a doctor. Please take advantage of having health insurance for your child while you can.
