Healthy Kids is a low-cost health insurance program for middle- to low-income Tulare County children ages 0-5, regardless of their immigration status.

| If you have trouble paying your monthly premium, please call toll-free at 1-877-613-KIDS (5437). You can get help and apply to have your premium paid for you. You may also contact your local CAA for assistance with applying for premium assistance.
