Healthy Kids is a low-cost health insurance program for middle- to low-income Tulare County children ages 0-5, regardless of their immigration status.
Healthy Kids provides three types of health insurance:
|
Monthly Premium: Depending on family income, Healthy Kids premiums range from $7 to $15 per child per month.
Maximum: The most a family will pay ranges from $14 to $45 per month, no matter how many children are insured.
Save: You may save money by paying in advance. For example, if you pay three months ahead, the fourth month will be free.
Problems: If you have trouble paying your monthly premium, call 1-877-613-5437. You can get help and apply to have your premium paid for you.
|
